in house experts and associates. The expert staff
is supported by IT staff, draftspersons, clerical
staff and technical officers. CEA also has made
arrangements with Survey Consultants and Material
Laboratories to assist in those areas.
The firm places great importance to the co-ordination
at all stages of project development and Directors
and Senior Associates oversee all activities of
an assignment from inception to completion.
The firm also can provide overall management services
for major projects, which include development
of master plans and programmes, carrying out feasibility
studies, environmental social impact assessments,
detailed designs, project management, administration,
progress and financial control of contracts and
construction management.

The Company is committed to the
training of Engineers, Architects and Sub- Technical
staff and is properly equipped for this function.
CEA is registered with the Institution of Engineers,
Sri Lanka for training of Engineers for the Professional
Review and several engineers from CEA were successful
in obtaining the Chartered status. CEA was a pioneer
in the private sector to train engineers for Professional
Review of The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka.
CEA is a member of the International
Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and
a founder member of The Association of Consulting
Engineers Sri Lanka (ACESL).
