The Company is committed to the training of Engineers, Architects and Sub- Technical staff and is properly equipped for this function. CEA is registered with the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka for training of Engineers for the Professional Review and several engineers from CEA were successful in obtaining the Chartered status. CEA was a pioneer in the private sector to train engineers for Professional Review of The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka.

CEA is a member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and a founder member of The Association of Consulting Engineers Sri Lanka (ACESL).
